Our Lady of Mercy Girls' High School is a premier Catholic boarding institution nestled in the scenic highlands of Magundu, Chuka-Igambang'ombe Sub-County. We are committed to providing holistic education that nurtures intellect, character, and faith in every student.

Admissions for 2026/27

We welcome applications from exceptional girls who demonstrate academic potential, good character, and a desire to grow in faith and service.

Submit Your Application
Complete the KCPE/Grade 6 admission form online via the portal or collect a physical form from the school office. Submit with certified copies of academic documents.

Selection & Interview
Shortlisted candidates are invited for an academic assessment and interview. The panel evaluates academic ability, character, and suitability for boarding life.

Enrolment & Reporting
Upon selection, parents receive an admission letter with a fee structure, school items list, and reporting date. Welcome to the OLOM family!
📋 Requirements for Grade 7 Entry
  • KCPE Certificate or Grade 6 Progress Report (CBC)
  • Birth certificate (original + certified copy)
  • Passport-size photographs (2 recent)
  • Medical / health certificate from a certified doctor
  • Baptism certificate (for Catholic applicants)
  • School leaving certificate from primary school
  • Letter of recommendation from class teacher
